The sessions are 60 minutes in duration and can take place in-person or via Zoom.
Investment € 70,- per session.
In my experience, attending at least three sessions tends to work best. That’s why I now offer a discounted package of three sessions for € 195,-
Payment can be made in cash, by payment request or by bank on IBAN: NL79ASNB 0707 9761 62, in the name of C. Schriemer.
If you are unable to attend, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise a session can be charged.
Please report injuries, pregnancy or physical complaints prior to a session. Participation is at your own risk. Consult your doctor or medical specialist first in case of medical restrictions.
